Synopsis
Organised by the Singapore Food Agency, this Roundtable, which is held in conjunction with the Singapore International Agri-Food Week (SIAW) from 18 Nov – 22 Nov 2024, is an international platform for regulators, the industry, academics, and key stakeholders in the novel food ecosystem to share best practices and experiences on safety assessment and regulation of novel foods, such as cell-cultivated meat and food ingredients made using new production systems.
Attendance at the Roundtable on Novel Food Regulations is by-invitation only.
