Synopsis

Organised by the Singapore Food Agency, the Roundtable on Novel Food Regulations is an international platform for regulators, members of the industry, academics, and key stakeholders in the novel food ecosystem to share best practices and experiences on safety assessment and regulation of novel foods, such as cell-cultivated meat and food ingredients made using new production systems.
